Randy Mazourek brings over 30 years of private sector experience, paired with extensive expertise in local property appraisal. A proud graduate of Florida State University, Randy has also demonstrated a lifelong commitment to entrepreneurship and community service.

Randy’s vision for the office centers on ensuring fair assessments for both residential and commercial properties. His leadership is guided by values of transparency, accessibility, and tax fairness, aiming to empower property owners and strengthen trust in local government.

A lifelong resident of Hernando County, Randy is a husband, father, Christian, and Little League coach. His deep community roots and unwavering dedication to its people make him a trusted steward of the Property Appraiser’s Office.
